Course on accounting crimes autumn 24

Do you want to gain the necessary knowledge to take on assignments as a defence lawyer in economic crime?

This course is aimed at those who want to work as a economic crime defence lawyer. The course covers key concepts such as the duty to keep accounts, corporate liability and the main elements of accounting offences.

As a course participant, you will gain more knowledge on these issues, among others:

  • Who is responsible for the obligation to keep accounts in a company?
  • What are the principles for calculating the requisites of the offence?
  • What rules apply to corporate fines and business bans?
  • What circumstances affect the determination of penalties for accounting offences?

The course will be held in Stockholm 22 november 2024. The venue will be announced later. Registration is by email to samuel@olssonlilja.se. The last day for registration is 1 November 2024. Course places cannot be cancelled but can be transferred to another participant.

The course can be credited within the framework of the Bar Association’s educational requirements.

The price is SEK 9 500 ex. VAT.
