Fredrika Ekman studied law at Lund University and her law degree includes a semester at the University of Melbourne, Australia.
In addition to specialized courses in criminal and procedural law, evidence evaluation, witness psychology and economic crime, Fredrika has gained relevant work experience. She has interned at the Swedish Prosecution Authority, served as a summer clerk at the Court of Appeal in Stockholm and worked at the Administrative Court in Stockholm. After an internship at Olsson Lilja Attorneys, Fredrika was employed as an attorney at the firm.
Fredrika deepened her knowledge of criminal procedure through her master's thesis "A displaced evidence collection in time, space and responsible actor - A study of the protective object of the criminal process".
Fredrika undertakes assignments as a defense attorney, counsel for the injured party and special representative for children in criminal cases, as well as counsel in matters relating to family law, migration law and social law (LVU, LVM, LPT and LRV).
