Simon Kjellstrand

Attorney

Simon Kjellstand studied and graduated in law at Lund University and has also studied criminology at Mid Sweden University. Within the framework of the law program, he also studied one semester at the University of Western Australia.

Simon has previously served in court and in the Prison and Probation Service. Furthermore, he specializes in the field of forensic science, in which he also lectures at the law program at Stockholm University and wrote his thesis "Skoskyldig - A critical review of NFC's shoeprint examinations and the courts' handling of the same as evidence".

Simon undertakes assignments as a defense attorney (including financial crime), counsel for the injured party and special representative for children in criminal cases, as well as counsel in cases involving social law (LVU, LVM, LPT and LRV).
